SHIPPING

When will my order Ship?

At Karols Krafts & Signs, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for your sign to be created and packaged with care.

How long does shipping take?

Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.

We use standard shipping methods through [USPS/UPS/FedEx] and estimate delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur due to holidays or weather, and once the package is with the carrier, we are unable to control delivery times.

We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out before placing your order!

RETURNS

What is your Return Policy?

We do not except refunds or exchanges unless the following has occured:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a refund or replacement of the damaged item it must be reported to us within 24 hours of reciept along with pictures of the damaged item , you can contact us at contact@karolskraftssigns.com

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at contact@karolskraftssigns.com.
